PLANNING

Callington Town Council is sent copies of all planning applications in the parish. At the fortnightly planning meeting [1st & 3rd Tuesday] the Council look at these applications and make recommendation to the District Council. The ultimate decision rests with Caradon DC.

This page lists the applications that have been received and are currently kept in the office for anyone to consult. Applications are usually kept for at least a couple of weeks after the Town Council has considered them.

If you wish to view the Town Council's response to the application, go to the Minutes page and look for the Planning Committee meeting corresponding with the date in the last column.  Caradon District Council now have planning applications on-line, this includes decisions made, click here for details, or click on the link in the 2nd column of the table below.
