The following photographs of the town have been taken from the top of St Mary's tower

Looking towards Fore Street where buildings are undergoing renovation. The turning to New Road can be seen with the car park and cricket field in the background.
This view shows some of the length of Church Street, across the middle of the page is Back Lane with some of the older buildings to the right. Centre back is the new housing with the Community College buildings.
Looking south west from the tower, in the immediate foreground is the Old Clink, part of St Mary's Close is behind the yew tree and on the far left the chapel that is now the Youth Centre on Liskeard Road can be seen.
